I picked this little item out on Saturday while I was out and about. It was a must grab because I’ve always struggled with slowing down and enjoying the small things. I left it on the kitchen table with the intent on getting around to hanging it up at some point soon.
Moving along, I felt it calling out to me to hang it up as I was getting ready for church this morning so I went and grabbed my toolbox and ladder. I was disappointed to find that I couldn’t affix it to the studs in the wall due to them being too far apart from the center.
One monkey doesn’t stop a show so I used a little creative ingenuity to overcome the small obstacle. I sat down immediately after hanging it up to look upon it, give thanks, and to enjoy the small table that we have to sit at.
