I am excited to share my heartfelt journey with you, a journey that revolves around empowering lives and creating a lasting impact. My name is Dedrick Moone, and I co-founded, The Rules of a Big Boss LLC in concert with my 15-year-old daughter, Haelee with a vision of nurturing self-love and self-esteem in children and families.
Our mission goes beyond personal aspirations; it's about making a real difference in the lives of others. I believe that life's purpose is to leave the world in a better state than we found it. Inspired by the words, "Well done, thy good and faithful servant. You may come on in," I am driven by the desire to dedicate my life to serving others.
Our journey has led us to partner with Families Moving Forward (FMF), a local homeless shelter, through a series of impactful initiatives. From engaging inspirational talks to creative vision board parties, and career workshops, we are committed to empowering, inspiring, and reducing homelessness in our community.
