The Primplife Plan is kicking off 2022 with our first empowerment event of the year. We’re doing this with a Remodel U workshop. Our special guest will be Miss Wake County USA, Sharniece Springs. We will have fun vision board activity, confidence building workshop, and an empowering photoshoot.
Light refreshments will also be provided. We just ask that that attendees wear their favorite pair of jeans and a plain t-shirt. Primplife swag will be provided for the photoshoot.
Primplife is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that empowers young girls, ages 6-14, especially girls of color through a motivational comic book and workshops series. My daughter, Haelee is a spokesgirl for the platform and I’m a spokesdad so I’m fully entitled to say we. Staying in that vein, I’ve been told that I’ll finally have my profile added to the website that is if I keep acting like I have good sense. My clowning is good natured but it oft times embarrasses Haelee because I’m nowhere close to funny or cool in her eyes. Given that sentiment let’s not count on me making the website since she has to approve it 🤪🤣.
At any rate, the event will take place on January 8, 2022, 11:00 AM - 1 PM at 1325 S. Elm-Eugene Street, Greensboro, NC 27406. Please rsvp NLT January 4, 2022.
