We kicked off summer with a bang on an incredible family adventure! First, we made a stop in Virginia Beach to reconnect with our beautiful nieces, Brionna and Morgan. Laughter filled the air as we shared stories, watched movies, and cherished every moment together. During our heartwarming reunion, Brionna, a determined 23-year-old, shared her inspiring plans to pursue medical school and become a physician assistant. Let's shower her with prayers and wish her Godspeed on the exciting journey that sheโll soon embark on!
Next, we headed to Williamsburg, VA for our highly anticipated visit to Busch Gardens. Oh, let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! We danced, we sang, we played pranks, and fearlessly embraced all the exhilarating rides. Well, to be exact, Haelee and I were the fearless duo conquering the thrilling adventures. We braved the Pantheon, Loch Ness Monster, Griffon, Verbolten, Apollo's Chariot, and Escape From Pompeii, while Vanessa joined us on The Battering Ram, Turkish Delight, and Aeronaut Skyride. Speaking of Turkish Delight, I spun those teacups so fiercely that I nearly sent Vanessa and Haelee soaring into orbit! Vanessa had her fill of our adrenaline-seeking shenanigans after that wild ride. We had a good laugh as she declared that she would never join us on another ride again. Speaking of dancing, we took an unexpected detour while headed to the Pantheon. That detour was the real highlight of the weekend! Vanessa and I couldnโt resist when we heard September by Earth, Wind, and Fire coming from the DJ Booth. And poor Haelee, well, let's just say she had an unexpected twist on one of the high-thrill rides I mentioned earlier. Her glasses bid farewell, leaving us on a mission to buy her a fabulous new pair today ๐คฃ.
